    5. Careful & shrewd, strong in dealing with customers

    6. With pleasant voice & politeness

    7. Familiar with basic knowledge and skills as receptionist and trip advisor and basic booking process

    8. National Tour Guide Qualification Certificate (English) & Tour Guide License (English) a plus
